NOTE:  There is a secure credit/debit card payment portal link (or PayPal Payment if you have a PayPal account and want to pay that way) at the bottom of this page that can be used to pay for your job (after we have discussed your project details) or you can pay after the signing with credit card, debit card, Venmo, or PayPal.

We can meet at your home, apartment lobby, office, cafe or nearby FedEx facility. There is no physical office available for notary services.

Mobile Notary Fee and First Notarization: Special for First-Time Customers…the mobile notary fee and first notarization for your company, estate planning, parental/travel consent, and real estate documents is $110 (plus $2 per notarization, per person for additional notarizations). Regularly $125. The mobile notary fee and first notarization for all other types of documents for first-time customers is $80 (and $2 per additional notarization, per person). Regularly $100.

*Note: At this time, we cover Manhattan only, up to 100th St.

Any Required Notary Consulting or Editing of the Notary Section of Documents: $90/hr. (prorated)

Printing: (requires a few hours notice, preferably one day before): $2.50 for the first page and $1.25 for each additional page for black-and-white copies or $4.00 for the first page and $2.00 for each additional page for color.


New York Apostille Processing (includes Notarizations):

Individual Rate for Apostille Processing: $325 for apostille processing of one document, includes notary service.

Pickup/Delivery Options for Final Apostilled Documents (no extra fee for pickup at our 24/7 pickup location in Union Square by you or a messenger). 3 available delivery options (first two options may add 1-2 days to schedule):

1. $50-60 for FedEx next-day express delivery or hand delivery (sometimes same day) to your office or home within NY (which includes shipping and handling), or
2. You can also provide us with a paid FedEx or UPS airbill to cover the shipping and there would just be a $20 shipping handling fee for us to drop it off at a FedEx facility.
3. Or, if you want us to ship it to another state or country and create the airball ourselves, please provide the country, city and postal code and we can quote you the shipping fee (plus a handling fee of $25-35, depending on whether it is domestic or international). Shipping times range from FedEx Overnight (Priority or Standard), 2-Day, to 3-day FedEx Saver. For international shipments, we use International Priority, which is typically cheaper than Economy for documents, and usually takes 1-3 days for frequently-visited cities and cities not unusually far from the US. If we are shipping for you, we will eventually need the contact name, company name (if applicable), address, and phone number of the recipient for the actual shipping airbill at least several days in advance of the shipping.

CERTIFIED TRUE COPIES BY ATTORNEY or NOTARIZED SELF-ATTESTED COPY AFFIDAVITS: It is $395 for the first true copy certification by an attorney and $195 for each additional attorney-certified document. For the attorney to come to you is typically an additional $100 vs. meeting him at his Manhattan location.

For the notarized self-attested copy, discussing all the logistics of how to prepare and notarize your self-attested statement and copy is $50 for the first document and $25 for each additional document, which is added to the main mobile notary fee, and $2 per additional notarization. This includes us providing a template to you to approve with your receiving organization or the office that requested the copy.


Fee to Obtain your Extended Certified Marriage Certificate at NY City Clerk’s Office: $375, which includes meeting you in the Union Square or Flatiron area to notarize a Marriage Bureau authorization form for us to pick up the marriage certificate for you or coordinating the notarization of the form in your area (see additional pricing for actual Apostille processing fee). The fee listed above include the City Clerk’s fee for certified certificate processing.
