NY Apostille Processing & Notary Authentication (NY County)

Mike's Manhattan Mobile Apostille & Notary Service can provide the professionalism, reliability and reasonable fees you're looking for to manage all your New York/Manhattan notary authentication, apostille and certification needs within New York County (Manhattan). We do not use any middle men, messengers or answering service representatives. One reliable, experienced notary takes your information and handles your documents from start to finish.

There are two fee options: A budget price of $120 or the standard price of $160. (Each of these fees includes the county and state's fees and are based on a 48- to 72-hour turnaround. We can often complete it in 24-36 hours, but if you need that guaranteed there is an additional fee of $75 to be added to the budget or regular price, depending on how the documents are obtained and handed off at the end).

BUDGET-FEE PROCESS: The budget price of $120 includes meeting in a defined geographic area (Union Square East/Gramercy Park/upper East Village, west of 1st Avenue) at a cafe or express mail facility such as a Dunkin Donuts or FedEx (we have several options to choose from), where we meet to review/obtain your documents, notarize your document (additional notarizations are $2 per document) and then take the documents downtown to process them at the New York County Clerk and NY Secretary of State offices. We will then meet again at the same location to return the documents to you. (Documents can also be expressed back to you by providing a FedEx or UPS account number or credit card to cover the shipping costs. Payment for the  apostille processing must be made in full at the time of pickup when the documents are being expressed to you).

REGULAR-FEE PROCESS: The $160 regular fee process is the same as above, except we will travel to the location of your choice, from the Wall Street area to 96th St., to pick up your documents and drop them off by hand when they are complete. Additional notary authentications and apostilles are provided for an additional $40 per document.

Mike's Manhattan Mobile Notary & Apostille Service can also manage the process of having documents authenticated at Manhattan-New York embassies and consulate offices. There is a trip fee of $40 (per trip), plus an hourly rate of $60/hr. for this service plus any cost that the Manhattan-based embassy or consulate charges for processing.
